The annual business meeting of the YRYC took place on November 19’th at the club’s Crown Pointe location. The meeting was well attended and I would like to thank Jane Smith and the crew for an excellent job putting everything together! The big news of the night was the election of officers for 2012 and the vote on the club’s new dues structure.

Second, the dues structure…

As was sent out to the members last month, the club voted to reduce the annual dues from $250 or $230 if paid by 12/31 to a new structure of $200 or $180 if paid by 12/31. The vote was unanimous in favor of the change. This change in dues structure is part of a multi part effort to bring in new members as well as keep dues in line with expenses.
