Social & Dinner schedule for currently published dates. Social starts at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m. All Social & Dinners are held at YRYC Activities Room unless otherwise specified. (Please see the Special Note below.)
January 15th – Chili cook-off
February 18th – Hosted by Claire & Duane – Sloppy Joes, Onion Rings, Cole Slaw & Macaroni Salad; $10 pp (includes appetizers, dinner, dessert & drinks); RSVP by 2/16 to duane ‘at’ maher.name or 757-345-0916
March 19th

Typically monthly dinners are on Saturday through April and shift to Friday evenings in May to accommodate weekend cruising and racing events. More details regarding the 2011 Social & Dinner calendar will be forth coming in the weeks ahead.

Special Note: Kathy Bowen has asked for volunteers to step forward and handle one monthly dinner to spread the responsibility for preparations. Please contact Kathy at sbowen ‘at’printpack.com or 804-832-0471 to sign up for one (or more if you like) monthly dinner. Aida Whiting, who lives just a “baseball throw away” from the clubroom has offer to assist anyone who needs a little help with logistics, cooking, etc. Remember that dinners don’t have to be fancy and the club reimburses your expenses.
