To kick off the 2009 boating season, a two-day festival sponsored by the York River Yacht Club and Crown Pointe Marina will feature music and entertainment by Bob Zentz, a burning of the socks event, a blessing of the fleet, a Friday night cookout, decorated boat contest with cash prizes, radio controlled boat competition, and more.
