With warm weather finally here, I know everyone is excited about the 2019 sailing season ahead.   Over the cold weather months, I have been working on a schedule that I hope the club membership will find to be fun and enjoyable.

In addition to our traditional trips at Memorial Day and Labor Day, we have trips to several places around the Bay planned, including Norfolk’s HarborFest in early June.  If you plan to attend HarborFest (currently there are 6 boats going, plus the cannon), please be sure to return your registration package and payment (payable to YRYC) no later than April 20 so I can submit the club’s entire registration package by the deadline.   Send your package to:

Other trips we are planning include a trip to Hampton for their Summer Concert Series.  We will select a date once they release their concert line-up.   I am also working on a group trip to Solomon’s, Maryland.   The date will depend on interest and club member availability.
