Members gathered on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at York River Yacht Haven for its annual Blessing of the Fleet ceremony.

Reverend Dick Sisson, of Deltaville, blessed the boats, which is meant to ensure a safe and bountiful season.  

Afterwards, members and guests adjourned for a cook-out lunch and sock burning ceremony, where members burned their old winter socks in preparation for warmer weather on the sea.
